A+++ rating to the shop & its staff! Went there for service & inspections & they were efficient & reasonable. Most recently though I had an issue with my sunroof that seemed impossible to fix. I had tried to use the Ford dealer since parts were no longer manufactured. Ford said I’d have to get parts out of a junkyard & that it was a very involved repair, basically I was SOL with a car under 100 k miles. The staff at Accelerate worked together & were able to find new parts & repair it in several hours. I appreciate all the research that went into this & that they found a fix for it. It makes me so happy to have it open again & that they aimed to please. They cared to listen & didn’t leave me hanging.
